Meeting Rooms
Wallace Wurth has five bookable meeting rooms. In the Outlook address book, these are named Kens WW 222 Meeting Room, etc.
Please check in advance that at least one meeting attendee has swipe card access to the areas where these rooms are housed.
These rooms usually do not have telephone equipment. If you have a remote attendee, please arrange a Skype session in advance. Those requiring SOMS laptops for meeting use are reminded that they will have to connect to the UNSW network by a network cable to login and be verified prior to using campus wifi. Please allow 15 minutes for this.
Please see documents (above right) with instructions for using each room's AV equipment. SoMS does not provide projection equipment: you will need to connect your laptop/tablet to the display screen via a HDMI port or wireless, depending on the room.
