Exercise Right Week: Free exercise classes

Exercise Right Week is aimed at helping Australians live healthier and more active lives. Our events are set up to celebrate MOVEMENT!

The UNSW Exercise Physiology department is offering the services of our final year B. Ex. Phys. students along with UNSW qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists for a range of exercise types. Join in at one of our FREE events with the exercise experts and lets celebrate MOVEMENT!

Each day will feature a different workout style and will last for 50 minutes. Register for one or more classes!

Monday 24 May 2021, 11am, 12pm, 1pm High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Tuesday 25 May 2021, 11am, 12pm, 1pm Barre/Dance

Wednesday 26 May 2021, 11am, 12pm, 1pm Circuit including strength, aerobic & boxing

Thursday 27 May 2021, 11am, 12pm, 1pm Tai Chi

Friday 28 May 2021, 11am, 12pm, 1pm Pilates

These classes are FREE and limited to 10 people per class! All you need to do is register now, and then turn up on the day wearing you are comfortable exercising in and some water. All equipment will be provided, though you can bring your own personal equipment if preferred.

Classes are open to all UNSW students and staff.
