Lifestyle Clinic

The UNSW Medicine Lifestyle Clinic is a centre for excellence providing physical activity and lifestyle programs and services for the prevention and management of chronic disease, injury and disability.

Located within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of NSW, the clinic has strong links with the Sports Medicine Unit and the Health & Exercise Science Unit.

The clinic is staffed by accredited Exercise Physiologists (EPs) with extensive experience in exercise therapy and rehabilitation. EPs deliver quality evidence-based programs applying exercise therapy and exercise rehabilitation techniques. To ensure maximal health outcomes, EPs often work closely with medical practitioners and other allied-health professionals.

With an emphasis on home-based exercise, the Lifestyle Clinic programs are centred on the principles of self-management and long-term health-behaviour change.
