Educational Sessions for Schools & Community Groups
Introduction
The Museum offers fascinating educational programs and workshops for a wide range of audiences, including secondary school students and community groups between 9:00am-3:00pm on weekdays.
Sessions are two hours in duration and include:
- Introductory multimedia presentation by museum educator discussing relevant specimens and disease conditions.
- Examination of diseased organs and related images using computers and microscopes.
- Opportunity to view museum specimens and displays.

Programs For Secondary School Students
A visit to the museum will enable your students to apply their knowledge of the human body and disease to real-life examples! All sessions are led by museum educators and syllabus-linked programs and worksheets are available for the following subject areas and topics:

Specially tailored sessions for community, local & international tour groups interested in learning about health and disease can be arranged. Please contact the museum to discuss your group’s requirements.

Many non-express buses also stop at UNSW (370, 393-97, 400). Coach & minibus parking can be arranged on request.
